Description

EPS200 test bench is our latest independent researched special device to test the performance of high-pressure common rail injector, controlled by industrial computer, Windows operating system. The oil quantity is measured by sensor and displayed on computer screen (Electronic fuel delivery system). All data can be searched and saved. It adopt Servo motor can works with light voltage. The rail pressure can be adjusted automatically, and it also provide pressure overload protect. It can test common rail injector of BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI, DENSO. Advanced technology, steady performance, precise measurement and convenient operation.

A, Automatic measurement：

  1. Click（Injector Model）choose the injector model which you want to test.
  2. Click (F1) choose (A)，Injector automatic measurement， Clean cleaning Lenk Seal Test VL Full load test LL Idle Test
  3. Click (F2), Main motor starts，The system automatically reaches the set pressure,（Pressure）is for the pressure display, Unit: Mpa. After the pressure is stable, it will automatically test the injector in order. Fuel￾injection quantity (Inject), Back to the oil（Return）, automatic display and automatic contrast with the Computer storage standard data. If the test results are satisfactory Automatically displayed in green measuring cup, if not it show red . After the end of the measurement device automatically stops running.

B, Manual measurement：

1，Click（Injector Model）choose the injector model which you want to test.

2，Click (F1)choose(M)，choose the test steps as your request.

3，Click (F2), Main motor starts，The system automatically reaches the set pressure,（Pressure）is for the pressure display, Unit: Mpa. After the pressure is stable, click (F4)，Start Measurement. Fuel-injection quantity (Inject), Back to the oil（Return）automatic display and automatic contrast with the Computer storage standard data. If the test results are satisfactory Automatically displayed in green measuring cup, if not it show red . After the measurement finish, Press (F3) equipment to stop running.

III,Speed set:

Click (Option), enter set interface，Click (Edit Speed) ,enter the interface of speed set, Choose the speed test step of you want to change then click(Edit) set, set finished click(OK) save and quit.
