Стенд ТНВД CRS200 Common Rail System - это высоконапорный тестер, который применяют для испытаний таких инжекторов на двигательных дизелях: BOSCH CP1-H, BOSCH CP1-K, BOSCH CP3, Delphi, Siemens, DENSO HP2 И HP3. Он способен провести наблюдение брызг инжекторов, измерить давления их отверстия.

Главными функциями и характеристиками использования стенда являются:

• проверка клапанов соленоида инжектора и насосов;
• проведение измерений переполнения и поставки CRI;
• отслеживать работу впрыска инжекторов;
• контроль запечатывания CRI;
• измерения уровня давления отверстия инжекторов с помощью цифрового дисплея.
• управление помпой высокого уровня давления коллектора всей системы подачи топлива и 6 инжекторов;
• регулировка нагрузки насоса коллектора системы подачи топлива и давление рельса происходит способом установки круга обязанностей провоцирующего сигнала насоса;
• проведение проверки равномерного распределения масла, которое находится в инжекторе коллектора и системе впрыска топлива;
• контроль возврата масла инжектора коллектора системы подачи (впрыска) топлива;
• предохранение процесса замыкания для сетей выхода выстроенного возбуждающего сигнала соленоида;
• остановка автоматическая оборудования при превышении давления рельса.

Operation manual

The CRS200 common rail system tester is the testing equipment specializing designed to test common rail system. It adopts ARM7 core high-speed 32-bits microcontrollers as master controller, responsible for collecting the signal and control, it uses MSC-51 compatible microcontroller and dot matrix 5.7-inh LCD screen, to realize the exchange between man and machine, to finish the common rail testing system various functions testing.

System using scope

The system is suitable for test all kinds of BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI common rail system fuel pumps, rail and injector. Such as CP1, CP2, CP3, HP0 etc…..series of pump and injector. Using this equipment, it should install on the diesel pump test bench, put the required common rail pumps or injectors installed on the specified location, connect the power to let the machine work, and to test/calibrate it according to the related instructions.

Using method.

• a) connect the power cable,singal cable to the right interface.
• b) The voltage for CRS200 is 220V 2phase, after confirm this,then open the power switch.
• c) Work Interface Description

Window of injector:

“volt”: the voltage of injector work

“freq”: frequency of injector work

“time”： pulse width of injector work

“count”：total times of injector work

Meter display window:

“MODEL”：model of injection pump.

“SET”: the setting oil pressure.

“PWM”： actual output PWM of control of oil pressure

“Actual”： actual oil pressure.

F1：“INJECT”: injector

F2：“OIL”： oil pump

F3：“COUNT”: count

F4： “VALVE“：drain valve

In the boot state ( injector do not work, oil pump do not work, count not available, Oil discharge not available), press “←”and “→”,you can change the parameters that need to change, move the cursor to anyone parameter, press “↑”or Number keys, you can change the parameters,

After change finish, move the cursor to the No indication of the state (The cursor does not show, does not indicate any parameters), then press “enter” to Save the modified parameter

Key Note:

System has 20 keys, including 10 numeric keys, menu operation button 6, the function keys 4.

1. The number key "0" - "9", when changes in the parameters used.
2. “M”=“MENU”,“ ”,“←”，“→”“↑”，“↓”are menu operation button to change the parameter。“←”and“→” is to toggle menu or parameter, “↑”and“↓” is to change the parameter.
3. “F1”，“F2”，“F3”，“F4”are the function keys。In the normal operating state (turned on)，“F1”control the injector，“F2”control the oil pump，“F3”is the count key，“F4” Is the oil drain button

The maintenance of equipment required to find professional and technical personnel, equipment performance in the case do not understand, please Do not open the device.

1. Do not hot plug manifold block and instrument plug the back, so as not to damage the instrument.
2. Meter use, please pay attention to maintaining a clean surface instruments to prevent the oil penetrated the internal instrument.
3. In the operation of instruments, please do not use hard instruments pressing the operation key.
4. Equipment used to maintain a good ground.
